Homemade Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Add the eggs and olive oil to the bowl, stirring until it forms a crumbly mixture.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough to your desired thickness and cut it into your desired pasta shape.
- Boil a large pot of salted water and add the pasta, cooking for about 3-4 minutes or until al dente.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients:
- 4 oz. fettuccine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the heavy cream to the pan, whisking constantly.
- Add the parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the pan.
- Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened.
- Add the pasta to the pan, tossing until coated.
- Serve hot.

Ingredients:
- 4 oz. spaghetti
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
