It's dairy-free. So for my lactose-intolerant folks out there, you can enjoy this too. First thing's first - let's get those ingredients ready. You'll need: - 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined - ½ pound of angel hair pasta - 3 tablespoons of olive oil - 3 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning - Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped - Lemon wedges, optional Now that we got all the goods, let's start cookin'! Boil the pasta until it's al dente. While the pasta is cooking, heat up the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a minute or two until it's fragrant and slightly golden. Toss in the shrimp and sprinkle them with Old Bay seasoning.
