One recipe that I keep coming back to over and over again is Spicy Shrimp Pasta with Tomatoes and Garlic. This dish is so perfect for spring, it's spicy, fresh, and packed full of flavor. If you're a shrimp lover like me, then you're going to absolutely adore this dish. Here's how to make it yourself! Ingredients: - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound pasta (your choice of fettuccine, linguine or spaghetti) - 3 tablespoons olive oil - 2 tablespoons butter - 6 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more to taste) - 1/2 cup dry white wine (optional) - 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped - Grated Parmesan cheese Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
