Who doesn't love a good pasta bake? This Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Bake recipe is one of my favorites. It's creamy, delicious, and easy to prepare. You'll love the combination of chicken, bacon, and ranch in this dish.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. penne pasta
• 1 lb. chicken breast, cooked and shredded
• 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the penne pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken breast, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.
4. Add the cooked and drained penne pasta to the chicken and bacon mixture. Stir well until the pasta is evenly coated with the ranch sauce.
5. Transfer the pasta mixture to a large baking dish. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
6. Bake the pasta bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish the pasta bake with more chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. penne pasta
• 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
• 6 strips bacon, chopped
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the chopped bacon over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a plate. Set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the chicken breast pieces. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned. Transfer the chicken to the same plate as the bacon. Set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the penne pasta, chicken broth, ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
4. Bring the pasta mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened. Stir occasionally.
5. Add the cooked bacon and chicken to the pasta mixture. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until everything is heated through.
6. Garnish the pasta with more chopped fresh parsley before serving.
