- 8 oz. spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking your spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season your chicken breast generously with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add in a bit of oil or cooking spray, and then add your chicken breasts. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
3. Using the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted. Then, add in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
